Application Information

1. Students can apply using this online form or by filling out and faxing or emailing the Summer Camps PDF application
2. The fees are $500 for Film and TV and Performing Arts and $595 for Outdoor Adventure Sports and Adventure, plus GST if paid in full before May 31. After May 31, the fees are $540 for Film and TV and Performing Arts and $595 for Outdoor Adventure Sports and Adventure, plus GST, based on availability. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required with your application.
3. Confirmation and an info package will be sent upon receipt of the application and deposit.
4. Please bring a copy of confirmation on first day of camp.

Payment Information

All cancellations must be in writing.
1. Effective before the start date
1.1 If a camper cancels 30 days or more before the start of the program, RL will refund 75% of the fees to the camper.
1.2 If a camper cancels less than 30 days before the start of the program, RL will refund 60% of the fees to the camper. 

2. Effective after the start date
2.1 If a camper cancels (or is dismissed) within 3 calendar days of the start date of the program, RL will refund 50% of all fees paid.
2.2 No refund will be paid if a camper cancels (or is dismissed) when more than 3 days of the program have been completed.
2.3 Refunds on postponed starting dates are based on the original start dates.

3. Camp Cancellation
3.1 All Red Leaf camps are conditional upon a minimum number of campers. A full refund will be issued if a camp is cancelled due to insufficient numbers.

Red Leaf Rules
1. You must stay with the group and participate in all activities at all times unless pre-arranged. Group leader decisions must be respected at all times. 2. You must be on time, behave respectfully in class, and participate in all activities. 3. You must be respectful of Sheridan College property, Red Leaf property, and other campers and staff. 4. Shoplifting, theft, vandalism, possession or viewing of pornography, the use of alcohol, or illegal drugs, or possession of either, or contact with people related to the use of them, will result in immediate dismissal from the program.

I, the undersigned, permit my child to participate in the full range of activities and authorize the Program Coordinator or his/her appointed, in the event of accident or illness affecting this above named student, to authorize on my behalf all procedures, including admission to hospital and necessary treatment therein, as he or she may deem necessary for the care and well-being of the student. I understand that my child is obliged to abide by the rules of Red Leaf Student Programs. Failure to do so may result in dismissal from the program without any refund.

Every summer Red Leaf Summer Camps takes photos and creates short video clips for use on our web site and in our brochure to promote these experiences to other potential campers. All images will be used strictly and exclusively for this purpose. Your son or daughter may appear in these images. By participating in this camp you give permission for Red Leaf to use these images for the above purposes.
